An official in charge from Ministry of Environmental Protection told media today that six ministries and commissions such as Ministry of Environmental Protection, CCCPC Publicity Department, Civilization Office of the Central Communist Party Committee, Ministry of Education, the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Youth League and All-China Women's Federation recently jointly issued the Program of Action for National Environmental Publicity and Education (2011 - 2015) (hereinafter referred to as the Program). This is the first time for the six ministries and commissions to jointly issue the program guiding national environmental publicity and education activities.
